We have an exciting opportunity available with Kimberly-Clark as our Executive Assistant to our ANZ Managing Director and People & Culture Director. We are seeking someone who has the capability to work effectively and autonomously, establishing credibility and trust as an enabler to our broader ANZ Executive team. You will be pro-active, solutions oriented and effective networker who enjoys building relationships, balancing a personable style while maintaining the standards appropriate to a senior executive office.
We are hiring this position as a 12 month maternity leave FTC.
In this role, you will be responsible for;
Providing an accurate and effective level of administrative support to the ANZ Managing Director, People & Culture Director . This will include expense management, diary management, coordinating complex meetings across varied time zones, event management, and creating meeting agendas for the Managing DirectorRespond to enquiries and action support requests from the broader ANZ Leadership Team, where requiredProactively anticipate needs and ensure our Managing Director has all the required documents in advance of meetingsBook meeting rooms, order catering and any other ad hoc tasks to enable the smooth delivery of ANZ Leadership Team or broader organisational eventsPrepare, edit and compile presentation packsManage domestic & international travel arrangementsRaise purchase requisitions as required. Liaising with accounts payable for invoice payment and liaising with vendors & suppliers

About You:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting a senior executive, or executive leader in a sizeable organisationExecutive level communication skills and a strong sense of urgency. Possessing strong prioritisation skills, you bring a personal dedication to deliver high standards to your workThe ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgement and discretionFlexibility in your approach to work and willingness to assist with additional tasks on an ad-hoc basis
