Working under the direct supervision of Executive Leadership. The Executive Assistant, Sales will provide sophisticated and executive-level administrative support. This individual will interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, handle details of a confidential and critical nature, and help develop and deliver communication to multiple parties. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and coordinate a diversified workload, as well as recommend changes if needed.
Handle executive calendar; schedule appointments and commitments to improve executive's work time, while ensuring priorities are met.Responsible for leading the planning and execution of National Sales Meetings and Key Industry EventsAdministratively manage projects for the team, including tracking and reporting the status of multiple key department deliverables.Keep executive advised of relevant business matters and anticipate needs/de-conflict schedules.Compose, proof, format and distribute internal and external correspondence. In particular, assist with the creation of presentations as needed.Plan and execute all logistical aspects of meetings and events including securing internal or external meeting space, making meal arrangements, ensuring technology requirements.Assist in meetings by collecting key action items, and subsequently helping to ensure that these action items are followed up on.Maintain organized filing systems (including electronic) of key items that can be referenced and called upon quickly if needed.Prepare and process expense reports.Maintain confidentiality.Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required; administrative assistant Or like positionBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredExperience supporting c suite level roles
Additional Qualifications (job Skills, Abilities, Knowledge)
Working understanding of digital literacy; ability to use conventional computer software applications (e.g. Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email, etc.) preferred.Working understanding of general business administration practices and procedures.Proficient ability in professional writing, meeting summarization, presentation creation skills, scheduling, time management, travel logistics, event planning, and verbal/written communication.Proficient project management skills.Proficient ability to establish relationships and work with all levels of individuals internal and external to the organization.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.Ability to consistently demonstrate IFG values of excellence, dignity, saying it like it is in a way it can be heard; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.Effective and shown project management skills.Proven track record to establish relationships and work with all levels of individuals internal and external to the organization.
Pay Range: $66,200-$99,300
