As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic team within Macquarie Capital, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.
As an Executive Assistant, you will support executives across all administrative functions, including travel coordination, meeting scheduling, expenses, upkeep of contacts and meetings notes in our CRM system as well as involvement with other ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate must be reliable exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. You will have experience supporting executives across all levels and be comfortable interacting with senior members of the team and external clients in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will have the unique opportunity to learn different industries within Investment Banking. This position reports to the Administration Manager and is four days in the office with one day remote.

Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
