Your New Role
Assist the GVP DEI NorAm and VP, DEI Pipeline Programs by providing general administrative support including, calendar management, scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms (including food & beverage service), visitor access and management, preparation of correspondence, maintaining department documents, maintaining contact lists, and assist with travel arrangements & expense reports. Manage department invoices/expenses, maintain files/reports for monthly reconciliation, receive, sort, and appropriately manage all incoming mail, where applicable, and follow up with internal WBD teams and/or external vendors, as needed. Support DEI projects and initiatives, as assigned by GVP and VP.
Your Role Accountabilities
Provide administrative support to the GVP DEI NorAm and VP, DEI Pipeline Programs.
Responsibilities include general department support, preparation of correspondence, travel arrangements, presentations, expense reports, supply orders, file maintenance, scanning, answering calls/emails, corresponding with office services for office/building requests, and receiving visitors, etc.
Scheduling and calendar management, including scheduling virtual meetings in multiple time zones, independently or as directed.
Arrange and attend department meetings, coordinate meeting agendas, take minutes, distribute meeting minutes and follow-ups.
Retrieve, sort, and process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
Responsible for department budget invoices as necessary – process and track invoices; collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely payment.
Create necessary purchase orders according to the approved budget and as needed for the DEI department.
Support DEI project activities and perform other job-related administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years as a corporate executive/administrative assistant or equivalent.
Experience working in a hybrid work environment supporting multiple locations.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products and Zoom video conferencing.
Active listening skills: ability to take direction and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and proactively with little supervision or prompting.
Must be tactful with personnel at all levels of company and demonstrates high-level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate communications externally and internally across multiple departments and at all levels.
Ability to effectively multi-task and efficiently and prioritize various requests and projects appropriately in a fast-paced environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,460.00 - $88,140.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
