Overview
Intuit's Office-of-the-CTO is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) 2 to provide seamless administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to the CTO. The person in this role will need to be a skilled and dynamic problem-solver given complex calendaring and prioritization across multiple initiatives. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong technical skills/familiarity with technology, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the Intuit/Tech ecosystem
What you'll bring

How you will lead
Reports to the Sr. Executive Assistant Business Partner to the CTO and builds a strong rapport and relationship with all senior EABPs of the CTO Senior Leadership TeamHandles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and proceduresExtensive calendar management and coordination, often solving what needs to get done without directionOrchestrate the many demands and roles of the Sr. EABP and prioritization of their timeWork closely with EABP Manager to facilitate EABP Community meetings, event coordination and Community initiatives.Creates close relationships/partnerships across the Tech senior EABP team & communityManage end to end coordination on Office-of-the CTO (OOCTO) projects, off-sites, central repositories, working closely at the direction of the EABP Manager.Partners across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomesQuickly learns background and context to enable independent thinking and decision making with limited dataCollects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of senior staff, Board Members and external executivesMakes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the companyWorks on problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment is requiredInterfaces directly with CTO and his direct staff as well as segment partnersTravel planning and coordination Org Chart maintenance for CTO-direct staffPreparation and tracking of purchase orders and expensesWork effectively as a team player, working well with peers and members of the greater organization
