Overview
We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of the Small Business and Self Employed Group’s
(SBSEG) Strategy and Business Operations team. The EABP will be responsible for performing a wide-variety of administrative duties, focused on scheduling and maintaining various operating mechanisms and calendar. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, and capable of
managing their workload as well as their executives’ workloads while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll bring
Minimum of 3+ years working at the Executive administrative level
Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Workspace, Smartsheets skills
Strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service perspective (internal, as well as external), and can handle issues with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and urgency
Friendly and professional demeanor, with a “can do” attitude
Ability to act quickly from one task to another, seamlessly and professionally
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
Be highly proactive and take ownership to anticipate needs and adept at managing-up and downstream to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to
communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with key stakeholders
Proven experience working in a fast-pace environment while providing superior service

How you will lead
Manage complex and detailed calendars
Travel coordination and arrangements
Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with EABPs and others
Plan and support events for meetings, off-sites and team motivation
Ability to tame organized chaos while remaining calm and composed
Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to exercise proper judgment at all times
Trustworthy and able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to take on new challenges, to learn and grow

Manage and reconcile expense reports on behalf of the leaders
Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists
