About Executive Assistant

  Job Description

  The Executive Assistant will provide administrative services to the CFO, and other members of the senior leadership team. This role will interact with key constituents including senior leadership, Board members, customers and suppliers and other company leadership on behalf of the CFO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team-oriented, and competent at multi-tasking. The candidate will demonstrate independent judgment and strong organizational skills. This is a highly visible role, one that requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. The ability to adapt to constantly changing demands, take on new and unfamiliar tasks, and work collaboratively with others is critical. Finally, this role requires flexibility to adapt to schedules given the pace of activity as well as the support for a global team across multiple time zones.

  Skills and Requirements

  -Needs to have at least 2/3 years of Executive Assistant experience

  -Background in invoicing/organizing and tracking payments

  -Extremely sharp and professional experience

  -Associate's degree or higher * Provide Administrative Support to CFO and Sr. Executives ranging from extensive calendaring (work and personal), meeting schedules, expense reporting, maintaining accurate contacts database. This includes screening and validating the need to schedule appointments.

  * Monitor, screen and respond as appropriate to Executive's incoming correspondence including voicemail, email, and flag important and urgent items for attention.

  * Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements for the Executive and/or team members.

  * Assist with, and when necessary, coordinate quarterly Town Hall meetings, vendor/annual conferences, company meetings and events.

  * Responsible for running personal errands

  * Other duties as assigned null
