Job Description:
Assist the center Operations Manager and Leadership Team to deal with day-to-day operational details and logistics; Work with manager to deal with Facility maintenance, execute and follow up system/facility improvement programs and related vendor management; Assist and coordinate all center-wide activities to make sure the smooth process; Provide all the logistics support to all the Discover US visitors to Shanghai including rotation employees; Track and support employee personal issue support and act prompt hand on business needs and assignments from center leadership. Coordinate all administrative services in the center, such as records and information management, mail distribution, facilities maintenance, custodial operations, and other office support services.
