About the Team:
The mission of the EPIC Executive Administrative team is to provide value-driven administrative support services to the global Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization enabling our teams to work productively and efficiently, to achieve EPIC's strategic intent. The team is comprised of (15) global Executive and Administrative Professionals who leverage their diversity of thought and unique skill sets to offer services and support that: creatively problem solve; drive customer satisfaction; act as agents of change and innovation; build meaningful connections with their leaders and the EPIC community; and provide leverage to our leaders to focus on strategic initiatives and high-value activities.
About the Role:
UKG is seeking a creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual to join our Executive Administrative Team as an Executive Assistant providing service and support to senior leadership in a dynamic and evolving team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication, organization, and attention to detail. This role is responsible for:
• Ensuring the smooth operations of the offices of our senior leaders, driving innovative administrative operations and processes that improve overall performance and efficiency for our team and EPIC, including, but not limited to:
o Calendar and communication oversight
o Travel and logistics coordination
o Expense reconciliation
o Project coordination
• Fostering employee engagement by supporting initiatives that build community and bring people together.
• Playing a pivotal role in supporting the leader and teams through a transformative phase.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Be an influencer, a change agent, a problem solver, and a connector of dots.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
• Experience managing multiple calendars, Expense Report processing, and experience providing onsite/offsite event support.
• Lead by example to cultivate and maintain a culture built on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive innovative ways of working and processes that improve overall performance and efficiency for our leaders and EPIC.
• Foster employee engagement by supporting initiatives that build community and bring people together.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Cultivate and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic priorities through strong communication, presentation and influencing skills and an acute customer focus.
• Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to innovation and finding ways to execute new ideas.
• Provide comprehensive support in planning, managing logistics, promoting, and executing events to ensure all event objectives are met.
• Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and the demonstrated ability to pivot based on business needs and priorities.
• Creative thinker - not just in the moment - who strives to anticipate the needs of our leaders and the organization weeks, months, and quarters ahead - and is excited to dive into tough problems in the spirit of continuous improvement, customer-focus, and a growth mindset.
• Develops, motivates, and inspires people to achieve their best work, fostering a positive work culture that drives performance and productivity.
• Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office.
