  Provide administrative support to assigned department, individual, and/or area.

  How you will make an impact:

  Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail, including keeping Executive informed of calendar changes and change requestsUse all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level managementEnsure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level managementPerform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited directionSchedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of Executive's time and schedulePlan and execute meetings and events with some supervisionOther incidental duties

  What you'll need (Required)

  H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus six years directly related experience including executive administrative support

  Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including negotiating and relationship management skillsExtensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdvanced problem-solving skillsAbility to manage complex travel arrangements, in keeping with overall time commitments and in support of optimizing time managementCompletes tasks in resourceful and effective waysAbility to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretionWorks autonomously within established procedures and practicesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectivesAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentStrict attention to detailExtensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirementsAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levelsContacts are across the organization and at all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levelsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

  Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

  For California, the base pay range for this position is $67,000 to $91,000 (highly experienced).

  The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).

  COVID Vaccination Requirement

If hired, as a condition of employment, you will be required to submit proof that you have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless you request and are granted a medical or religious accommodation for exemption from the vaccination requirement. This vaccination requirement does not apply in countries where it is prohibited by law to impose vaccination. In countries where vaccines are less available, or other requirements exist, we may institute alternate measures that optimize patient safety and healthcare provider safety, which may include regular COVID testing or specific masking requirements.
