Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and managing the executives and partners calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Prioritizing and adjusting schedules as needed.
Managing emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive. Drafting and proofreading communications as necessary.
Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
Gathering and preparing materials for meetings. Providing briefings and ensuring the executive is well-prepared for engagements.
Creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Acting as a gatekeeper, screening calls, visitors, and requests. Managing access to the executive's time and attention.
Tracking and managing expenses, preparing expense reports, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
