Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Executive Assistant position in Washington, DC .
On-site position- Must be located in Washington, DC.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Washington, DC
Pay: $30
Length: 3+ months with possibility of extension
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities for an Executive Assistant position include but are not limited to:
Reporting to chief of staff office but supporting SVP
Supporting SVP of Governance Affairs
Coordinating calendar for SVP, coordination of transporting. Managing of expense reports. Any other administrative tasks
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate and coordinate cross functionally to other offices.
· Finances for expenses of SVP
Qualifications for this Project Management Analyst:
5+ Years Experience Executive Administration Support Experience (Sr VP or higher)
Bachelor's degree in relatable field is highly preferred
Experience in these programs: Concur, Excel, Microsoft Suite
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
