This will be a highly visible role in aninternational team who will be liaising with senior executive teams across thebusiness.Our idealcandidate has previous experience as an executive assistant on a global leveland is familiar with office management technologies. Ultimately, candidateshould be able to identify and proactively address the needs of senior managersand perform administrative tasks to ensure the group runs smoothly.Provide high-level and detailed administrativesupport.Understand high level objectives and initiativesto help assess relative priority.Manage executive's calendar, includingscheduling standing and ad-hoc meetings.Schedule and support executive's travel needs.Be familiar with day-to-day details; know dailypriorities of executive is (e.g. meeting details).Act as a point-of-contact among executives,employees, clients, and other external partners.Support logistics of on-site (Milford, OH)conferences, customer, and employee meetings.Support equipment and supply needs acrossmultiple sites, as needed.Solicit and engage site volunteers from majoroffices in coordinating team-wide events.With administrative team peers and sitevolunteers, coordinate multi-site events (e.g. Town Halls, employee engagementactivities, etc.).Coordinate interaction and communication ofadministrative team within segment.Manager is in Eastern Zone.Organize and evaluate expense request prior toexecutive approval; process items as needed.Organize organizational request changes prior toexecutive approval; process items as needed.Track time off and travel scheduled off forexecutive and his/her team members.Write meeting notes, decisions, and action itemsfrom executive forums.Manage employees' personnel files; process newhires and terminations.
Qualifications and Skills:Experience in SAP, Concur, Workday, etc. preferred.Excellent organizational skills, includingdetailed follow-up and tracking to completion.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management and prioritizationskills.Positive team collaboration approach.Self-directed and able to work withoutsupervision.Able to work independently and in teamseffectively.Detail oriented with ability to interface withpersonnel at all levels.Energetic and eager to tackle new projects andideas.Able to organize and manage large amounts oftasks, schedules, and information.Able to concentrate on multiple challenges and tasksconcurrently.Able to run reports, analyze data, and providevalid insights.Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.Ensure attention to details and proofreading.Ability to research company guidelines and proceduresand follow in all instances.Comfortable working with a large, fast-pacedgroup of people on a global basis.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Office Administration orsimilar field required; Bachelor's degree a plus.5+ years Executive assistance experience supportingsenior-level executive in administration, business, management, or relatedfield - corporate and global experience preferred.On-site support (hybrid model) in Milford, OHbuilding preferred.

The hourly rangefor this position is $31.44 to $56.58 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation.The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.Siemensoffers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
