The Executive Advance Manager within Apple Corporate Communications oversees and manages the logistics and operations of executive corporate travel and events. We are looking for an Executive Advance Manager with deep experience in executive trip planning and execution for various members of the Executive Team. This includes the coordination of relevant partners throughout Apple, as well as relationship management with external partners throughout the process. This role will be tasked with high-touch principal management and staffing, and will manage daily team operations. The individual will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. International travel experience is critical.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,200 and $328,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
