Provide executive administrative support for Board Committees, Banking relationships, and grants administrative tasks. Effectively manage internal/external communications to all stakeholders as required. Sustain commitment to the organization's mission, vision, values, and plans to provide high-quality support and service. This role is hybrid and in the office around twice a week. The compensation is $68,459 to $76,065. Position Requirements: 6 years administrative experience required, 8+ years experience preferred Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors preferred Financial Services or Banking Industry experience preferred Board/ Committee experience highly desirable and preferred High proficiency in and knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint experience required Possesses a high degree of integrity, trust, and sense of fairness; High degree of confidentiality required; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, to manage time well and to complete assignments; Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships and is respectful of boundaries; Able to use analytical thinking while prioritizing work; Able to concentrate in a busy office environment and respond to frequent interruptions; Able to work on complex assignments and to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail and using good time management skills; Able to provide insight into the dynamics of the group and exercise good balance/objective judgment of discussion at hand Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to effectively liaise with colleagues on all levels. Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively communicate within and outside the organization. Excellent writing skills.
