Job Description
A client is looking for an assistant to support a group of high level managers within a customer support organization. this team is made up of 2,000 employees and 4,000 delivery partners and focus on supporting customers. Specifically, SCIM Security compliance identity and management. Engineers are trained in that aspect, but this team offers customer support for this system. They are a new and growing organization and facing growing pains that require extra hands.
RoB Calendar management
Local team support (procurement, assisting leadership team with site visits which are frequent in Charlotte)
Team moral events
Assisting the lead EA with ad hoc requests and tasks
Skills and Requirements
Proficient in MSFT applications (Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc.) , 3-5 years
Previous worked in a corporate environment , 3-5 years
Calendar and RoB experience and support , 3-5 years null
