As an Executive Assistant in the Network and Edge group you will:
Manage calendar(s) using sound judgement and business knowledge.
Recognize conflicts and address in a timely manner.
Onboard new members of the team hired internally and externally, assisting with announcements, and making necessary tools available from day one.
Attend and contribute to weekly leadership meetings, keeping the team informed of upcoming deadlines, key dates and events, and key information.
Create and maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists.
Submit requests in the HR system related to employee movement and organizational database updates.
Book global travel and prepare required documents for passports and visas.
Qualify, prepare and submit corporate expenses for reimbursement.
Assist in the hiring process, coordinating panel interviews and operating as the hiring assistant.
Work with the Intel admin community, especially executive level admins, to plan and schedule critical meetings based on deliverables, attendee availability, and varying time zone.
Actively collaborate with other NCCG and NEX admin partners. Cover for fellow admins when needed and help onboard admins new to the organization.
The Executive Assistant should possess the attributes below:

Attention to details and strong follow through to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
Candidate must have bachelor's degree or higher in any field of study and 7+ years of experience in related roles.
7+ years’ experience with project management, problem solving, organizational and impeccable multitasking.
7+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
7+ years’ experience with travel itineraries, visa application, expense reporting and Administrative Tools such as Concur and Workday.
7+ years’ experience with calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require senior level attendance, external attendees, and video conference room booking, etc.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $63,662.00-$95,550.00 (Hourly Role)
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
