Responsibilities may include maintenance, catering management, and domestic and international travel arrangement. Additional responsibilities could include reviewing drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage and answering questions related to office operations and established policies and procedures. This also includes working independently on special assignments, managing the Executive's schedule, processing and handling of confidential documents and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, team-oriented, has an extreme attention to detail and is a self-starter. 　　Coordinating meetings and working on special projects, including traveling to locations as required.Scheduling and time management including prioritization, calendar management.Typing, filing, proof reading, coordination of complex travel arrangements, expense report and other duties as required.Protection of sensitive and confidential information received and generated.Occasional travel to assist with the coordination and execution of Leadership meetings.Basic Qualifications:

　　Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Certification may be required for technical support roles.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldExperience including direct support of a senior executive and/or executive team.Experienced in booking and changing complicated domestic and international travel, including VISA applications.Experienced in creating and documenting complex expense reports.Ability to work well across and outside the organization from Senior Leadership to other administrative peers.Ability to work outside of normal working hours and weekends as necessary.Must have high degree of proficiency with the most recent versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Live Meeting, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Solid proficiency in the most recent version of Microsoft Excel.Must be detail-oriented; possess executive presence, maturity, and judgment.Excellent interpersonal organizational skills required.Skilled at organizing administrative processes and systems.Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
