The Excellerate Foreman I is responsible for supervisingelectrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within thecommercial and industrial settings. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: HighSchool Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalentwork experience (8,000 hours) Travel: 10 to 25% Work Schedule: Thisposition works between the hours of 6 AM and 6PM, Monday- Friday.Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time onany day of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Allprevious classification requirements must be continually satisfied. *Demonstrates ability to run a scope of work/project(s) with a crew of(1-10+) effectively. * Establish expectations and motivates crews toconsistently meet or exceed project goals. * Consistently completesprojects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner. * Demonstratesability to complete basic paperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performanceevaluations, purchase order logs, time cards, etc.) in a timely manner.* Effectively manages resources (tools, equipment, staffing) withincrew. * Reads and understands estimates, with the assistance of projectmanagement or superintendent, as a part of the installation and layoutof a project. * Consistently provides feedback and coaching to crewmembers. * Takes the initiative to run a thorough ORM. Is conscious ofsafe and unsafe acts on the jobsite and addresses and eliminates hazardsaccordingly. Consistently enforces and promotes workplace safetyprocedures (weekly toolbox talks, weekly safety audits, appropriatedocumentation, etc.) * Actively mentors and develops others withinprojects and crews. * Supports usage of Faith internal resources toinclude, but not limited to Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity,Engineering, Estimating, etc. * Maintains compliance with companypolicies; consults with HR and/or Workforce Managers (PM if appropriate)to ensure consistent corrective measures are taken, and documentationcompleted. * Demonstrates excellent customer relations throughutilization of effective problem-solving techniques. * Activelyparticipates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, asappropriate. * Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended toprovide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability toperform the position described.
