　　We are looking for an experienced production manager with an extensive background in tech events, to plan, build and execute the experience, and bring Elevate to life in the most creative and inspiring way possible. This is a unique opportunity to grow what is already one of the world's biggest tech conferences out there, and to lead and shape the experience like no other. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative, lead parallel initiatives across the globe and reinvent Elevate every year as a part of the Elevate production team.

　　Take part in planning and building the experience of the conferenceLead the production of various initiatives to answer both the business strategy needs and the audience's interest.Work with international production companiesShape a conference experience to leverage our brand as a one-of-a-kind conference that people all over the world want to attend.Lead the programming efforts together with the larger monday.com team for a successful execution.Work hand-in-hand with the in-house Elevate team.Project manage a cross company effort, work with almost all departments for the best experience ever.Work with global production companies and multiple vendors.

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　5+ years of corporate events experienceRemarkable project and time management skillsSelf-driven, fast learner able to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environmentExperience with running functional, engaging, high quality events in online, in-person, and hybrid formatsBackground negotiating and managing work process with external vendors, suppliers and event organizersSuperior verbal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones and communication channelsAbility to travel up to 40% to execute in-person eventsProficiency in Google Suite - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.English written and spoken at high level
