The Event Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing a comprehensive event marketing strategy aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an event marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives. Identify target audiences, set goals, partner with internal stakeholders, and work with agency partners to achieve event marketing objectives.
Event Planning: Participate in the end-to-end planning and execution of LiveRamp owned events, and third party events and conferences. This includes venue selection, budget management, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling event content, presentations, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience. Ensure that messaging is consistent with the LiveRamp’s brand and value proposition.
Promotion and Outreach: Work closely with the Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and partner collaborations.
Audience Engagement: Create interactive and engaging experiences for event attendees. Develop strategies to facilitate strong positive audience experiences from a pre and post event lifecycle.
Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze event performance against goals, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Budget Management: Responsible for budget allocation, cost control, and ROI analysis for event marketing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with broader marketing team, sales, product, and executive stakeholders. Ensure that all participating teams are equipped with the necessary resources leading up to and following an event.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in the tech industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in event management software, marketing automation tools, and CRM.
Understanding of general demand generation concepts such as buyer journeys, personas, and sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Willingness to travel for in-person events, including international.
Ability to work closely and manage agency partners and vendors.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $90,000 to $107,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
