Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Problem-Solving Expertise: Showcase troubleshooting, problem-solving, multi-tasking, organizational, and customer management skills essential for success.
Development Skills: Demonstrate hands-on experience in C or C++ development/debugging or testing.
Customer Interaction: Exhibit experience or a willingness to work directly with customers in a technical support role.
Technical Proficiency: Possess a general knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux development environments.
Communication Skills: Excel in verbal and written English communication with customers of all skill levels, from novice to expert.
Tool Proficiency: Showcase hands-on experience with version control systems like Git/SVN.
Collaboration Skills: Emphasize strong teamwork and partner management skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Ethernet Expertise: Familiarity with wired Ethernet firmware/driver knowledge.
Technical Proficiency: Experience and knowledge in drivers and hardware-oriented software.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with defect tracking applications.
Networking Knowledge: Understanding of the TCP/IP networking stack, especially physical and link layer protocols.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
