  The CBCSD is seeking applicants for teachers of the secondary Extended School Year (ESY) program. The ESY program is for students grades PreK-12+ with special education supports and services that qualify for extended school year services. This will run Mondays through Thursdays from July 8 to July 25. There will be a planning day on Wednesday, June 5 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and a set-up day for all staff on Monday, July 1 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The secondary program will be held at Thomas Jefferson High School.Position: Special Education Teacher: GeneralGrades: 6-12Openings:2

  Student Hours:8:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m.Teacher Hours:8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (M-Th)HOURLY RATE:$30.00 Per Hour (Planning), $35.00 Per Hour (Teaching)

  Requirements/Qualifications:- Qualifications, requirements, and responsibilities of position during regular school year apply.- Must hold an Iowa teaching license with appropriate special education endorsements- Must be trained in crisis interventions with a valid CPI certificate
