Job Description
Main Tasks
1.System management
a. Organizing or participating in the formulation of work safety rules and systems, operating procedures, and emergency rescue plans for work safety accidents
b. Organizing or participating in audit of ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system and state work safety standardization system, including the internal audit, management review and external audit"
2.Hazard identification and assessment
a. Establish and implement a dual prevention mechanism consisting of graded management and control of safety risks and examination and control of potential risks
b. Identify, analyze and control occupational hazards and promote the safety of worksite and production process by applying knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, physiology, and industrial health and safety law
c. Stop and correct acts of providing directions in violation of rules, forcibly ordering risky operations, and violating operating procedures"
3.Work safety education and training
a. Establish and implement of employee safety training system
b. Implement 3 levels safety training for new employees
b. Organize the emergency rescue drills"
4.Accident investigation and handling
a. Perform accident investigations to identify root cause and corrective actions
b. Compile and maintain reports and records pertaining to injury rates, incident reports, safety documents"
5.Occupational health management
a. Ensure that employees do not suffer from occupational diseases through reasonable protective measures
b. Organize annual and sudden occupational health examinations"
6.Government Relations
a. Establish and maintain government relations: Responsible for establishing and maintaining communication channels and good interaction and cooperation with relevant government departments, obtaining government support, and creating a good business operating environment
b. Responsible for the preparation of government application materials, follow up on the implementation and acceptance of government cooperation projects, and communicate, coordinate and receive reception with relevant government departments
c. Responsible for promoting cooperation projects between governments and ensuring that projects can be completed in a timely and efficient manner
d. Provide government resource support for company business development, project implementation, market activities, etc.

Qualifications
Technical
1.Environmental protection, fire protection, work safety and occupational health technical know-how.
2.Chinese Environmental protection, fire protection, work safety and occupational health related law and regulation.
3.Continental systematic and international standard systematic Environmental protection, fire protection, work safety and occupational health related standard and regulation.
Education / Certification
Degree in engineering or natural sciences and proof of expertise in occupational safety and/or environmental subjects
Professional Experience(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business
General Management Experience)
ESH engineeringbackground, at least 3 years ESH management experience .
Project and/or Process Experience
more than 5 years of experience in industry.
Leadership Experience
has leading experience over a period of at least 2 years
Intercultural Experience
Has basic intercultural experience, e.g. has experience with foreigner or location people. Know different culture.
