Your team responsibilities
The MSCI ESG Business Involvement Screening Research (BISR) team maintains the data and content of the following MSCI ESG solutions: Business Involvement, Sanctions, Sustainable Impact Metrics, and SDG Alignment. BISR covers over 60,000 publicly listed companies globally identifying companies' activities and business ties related to specific themes such as but not limited to alcohol, animal welfare, gambling, defense and weapons, country sanctions, or sustainable impact themes. The BISR Content team is responsible for monitoring the overall quality of the BISR data and driving improvements to client experience by performing content quality assurance, investigating data quality issues and formulating remediations and solutions, reviewing and enhancing methodology, and monitoring industry trends and developments.

Your key responsibilities
• You will be responsible in helping maintain the business involvement data of companies within the ESG Screening coverage universe. In line with this responsibility, you are expected to perform the following tasks:
• Manage and support projects that seek to enhance production processes or enrich MSCI ESG data products;
• Monitor project progress and identify roadblocks and evolved project requirements;
• Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders across Data, Technology, Research, and Product Management organizations to achieve project and team objectives;
• Support other initiatives to strengthen data quality and increase efficiency of team processes and deliverables;
• Participate in working committees or perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the business.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, sustainability, or related courses.
• At least 3 years working experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
