What to expect:
Manages incoming contacts from existing or potential customersInitiates outbound contacts to existing or potential customersIdentifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfactionResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolutionMaintains customer records by updating account informationSupports second level contacts from customers and answering customer inquiries that cannot be solved in 1st level supportClose cooperation with the external/internal 1st level Customer Care Centre, as well as with rest of the internal departments to solve customer requirements and improve our processesDocumentation of solved customer inquiries in our ticket system
To be successful you need to have:
A levels or equivalent school leaving certificationRelevant professional experience in similar positionVery good knowledge of MS-OfficeNative/excellent skills in GermanProficiency in EnglishCustomer- and service-oriented personalityProfessional mannerIndependent, collaborative, and pro-active working styleA good team player, who works well under pressureHands-on mentality and an international mindse
