About the role:
In the role of an Escalations Analyst, your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Enova's policies and standards. You will handle diverse, occasionally complex situations, and should be adept at collaborating with a broad network of teams to enhance overall company outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Review and assess complaint and escalation cases, evaluating process execution Summarize findings for internal or external use Inform internal departments and business partners about industry guidelines and requirements, emphasizing escalation trends or procedural gaps for inspection plans or necessary actions Develop business procedures, preparing and presenting reports to leadership Navigate multiple CRMs and systems for efficient complaint handling and process optimization, ensuring detailed, documented research prior to packaging insights into reporting and recommendations
Requirements:
Experience conducting audits of internal and external communications to ensure adherence to processes Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates expertise in data entry Capable of balancing multiple priorities and effectively managing changing situations Benefits & Perks:
