In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer escalations that require deep technical expertise and knowledge of our distributed systems architecture. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and customer-facing teams to ensure that customer escalations are resolved quickly and efficiently.What you will do:
Investigate and resolve complex customer issues related to our distributed systems architectureWork with internal engineering teams to analyze and design solutions to customer escalationsProvide technical guidance and support to customer-facing teams on complex customer casesIdentify and report trends in customer escalations to help improve our products and servicesCollaborate with R&D teams to develop and implement new features and enhancements to our distributed systems architecture.What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Must have C++ experienceStrong experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues.Experience with distributed systems architecture, design, and analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with CyberArk products and services.Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with relational database, particularly MySQL.Experience with authentication methods (Radius, LDAP, RSA SecureID, Smart cards, Tokens).Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.CyberArk is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
