Job Description
Job Summary:
The Enterprise ERP Systems Integration Specialist will be responsible for creating integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring secure data exchanges between on-premises and cloud-based systems. They will work with various ERP systems and enterprise applications, such as SAP, Dynamics AX, IFS, Baan, Ivalua, BOOMI, and others. The Specialist will gather requirements, develop technical specifications, create architecture diagrams, and present to review boards. They will collaborate with security teams and create integrations using various technologies and protocols. The Specialist will act as a subject matter expert in analyzing legacy reporting inventory, mapping reporting needs, and validating ERP data. They will troubleshoot issues and conduct data analysis to ensure integration solutions meet performance and reliability requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Integrations between ERP systems and other non-ERP applications
Participate in and/or lead, the planning of integration projects.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of integrations between ERP systems and other non-ERP applications (CRM, HR, procurement, shipping and logistics) within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
Identify and resolve system integration issues.
Implement automation, audit, logging, and monitoring solutions of integration systems.
Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
Ongoing support and management of integrations.
Integrations Technical Lead for Ivalua eProcurement Project
Leads the design, testing and implementation of all integrations between Boomi and the Ivalua eProcurement system.
Supports the implementation and continued management of platform’s integrations.
Serves as project lead for Source to Contract implementations including establishing project timelines, milestones, SIT procedures and final deployment guidelines.
Primary Boomi Technician
Provides direction to the Boomi development team for the maintenance, support and enhancement of integration processes built within Boomi middleware.
Executes ad hoc supplier-related processes to support the needs of the various Teledyne segments.
Supplier Data Manager
Responsible for mastering, remastering and un-mastering supplier data in the Boomi Master Data Management system using data from implemented ERPs and Dun & Bradstreet.
Ensures supplier data and related validation data complies to established requirements for the Ivalua eProcurement platform.
Resolves Source to Contract and Procure to Pay supplier data blocks in the Ivalua eProcurement system.
Reporting
Develops queries, reports, and other outputs to support requested reporting and validation needs related to the Ivalua eProcurement system or other ERP related integrations.
Spend Data
Manages the extraction, transformation, and loading of monthly spend data from OneStream for use with the Ivalua eProcurement platform and the Carbon Accounting projects.
Knowledge & Experience:
Thorough understanding of ERP systems and concepts
Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems
ERP platform experience with multiple ERP systems (preferably one or more of the following ERPs: SAP ECC6, SAP S4, Dynamics AX 2012, IFS, Infor XA, and/or Costpoint)
Advanced Understanding of Data (relational, data types, manipulations, formatting, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of relational database design and management techniques, especially with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping
Advanced Microsoft SQL/T-SQL
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Microsoft SQL Server Integrations Server
Advanced Microsoft Excel including VBA
Microsoft Visual Studio 2019+ Technically fluent in at least one programming language
Ivalua Basic Training
Ivalua’s L1-L3 Integrations Path Training
Boomi Process Execution and Troubleshooting
Experience with WinSCP
Experience with Postman
Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs
Experience with securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication, authorization, non-repudiation, and data encryption methods
Experience with XML & XML Paths

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.), from four-year college or university, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field of study and 4 years of directly related experience and/or training in enterprise-level application integration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Salary Range:
$102,600.00-$137,085.000
