Job Title: ERP Systems Analyst
Job Duties: Determine Business Requirements: Interact with end-users, management, and peers to analyze and ensure the business requirements have sufficient details to determine appropriate solution. Record requirements into technical documentation, including process maps, data mapping and derive business benefits. Coordinate with the activity of other SAP Functional teams (globally) and key TE partners to ensure the requirements are defined to its completeness to meet the global template. Lead Complex projects and Enhancements: Collaborate and coordinate with other functions in TE during projects for developing objects. Coordinate with key business users on requirements and key decisions on the implementation plan. Monitor and Manage activities during the project in different phases. Review and approve Technical design for different WRICEF objects (workflow, report, interface, conversion, enhancement, and forms ) and efforts for development. Develop the software object based on technical design. Audit the technical changes, review testing results, approve code quality and approve to implement in production environments. Review forecast for project demand, communicate to TE manager on gaps in resource management. Review timesheet filled by vendor and ensure it matches with demand and approved by project team. Ensure project is delivered on time with highest quality. Participate in design solution and architect discussions, ensure the right design is proposed and approved. Part of SAP key projects and S4 upgrade projects, lead key critical S4 developments. Support in Technical areas: Conduct or part of daily stand up call with vendor and review the priority for support and projects. Work on escalations and help partner to fix the technical changes. Review the time sheet filled by vendors on support and ensure booked billings are matching with efforts. Exceptional code quality approval , audit related technical document for support. Part of weekly status call and review support / project volume from vendors. Work closely with vendor support leads to ensure production system stability. Training and knowledge sharing: Review development life cycle, ensure code review , technical document and technical design are attached before closing the development. Provide training to counter parts and technical team for the developed object. monitor the trainings provided by vendors on different technical objects. Work closely with vendors in providing knowledge transfer after the project / development. Share feedback and rating on developments to management or leadership. Provide Innovative ideas and work on proof of concept to demonstrate it to other functional leads. Telecommuting permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Logistics Management, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Requires 4 years of experience with the following:
Hands on experience in ABAP/4, ODATA, ABAP OO (specialized in development of complete new custom applications & frameworks), ABAP on S4 HANA , RFC, BAPI, FM's, Enhancements, Scripts, Smart Forms, ADOBE forms, ALV & BDC in business application design, CDS views, knowledge on Fiori, implementation of SAP systems.Working on all WRICEF objects.Interfacing SAP system with external systems/tools.Requires 3 years of experience with the following:
Knowledge of SAP Workflows and flexible workflows.IDOC/ALE/EDI.Building conversion programs using LSMW, Open SQL.Telecommuting permitted. May require employment and background checks.
