Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are currently seeking an ERP Product Manager to join our Business Technology division in Seattle, WA. In this role you will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, including gathering product requirements, developing business cases, and working closely with developers, IT, software engineering, and software vendors. Additional responsibilities include:Maintain knowledge of Finance and Accounting existing technology solution set and future needs, industry trends, and competitive threats.Support existing ERP application taking ownership of identification, tracking, reporting and resolution of issues.Define enhancements and features with F&A stakeholders.Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life.Assist in development and management of backlogProduce well written requirements and design specifications according to standard templates using language that both customers and developers can understand.Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.Facilitate product design and user focus sessions.Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.Work with Technology Partners to successfully deliver projects including user stories, functional specifications and testing.Manage and follow-up on client requests.Deliver accurate, high quality and timely results in product administrative support.Serve as a steward of McKinstry technology solutions.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience required.3-5 years experience in System Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and support experience required.Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business applications (ERP) required, experience with Trimble Viewpoint ERP a plus.Ability to successfully communicate with developers, stakeholders and end users to align on and deliver product enhancements requiredExperience managing bug triage, issue resolution, change and risk management desired.Basic knowledge of SQL required.Knowledge of Sharepoint required.Experience with ServiceNow and DevOps a plusPrevious experience in the A/E/C industry desired.PeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:Competitive pay401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing planPaid time off and holidaysComprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistanceUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveTransgender inclusive benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insurance"Building Good" paid community service timeLearning and advance
