Become the ERP Modernization - Information Technology Signavio, Senior Advisor, contribute to the deployment and adoption strategy, roadmap and product management for the ERP Business Process Intelligence platform - Signavio.
This position will be responsible for leading the development of the deployment roadmap and drive capability/ solution adoption. You will advise Process Owners and Process Leads on how to leverage the Signavio Business Process Intelligence capability suite to operationalize continuous process transformation. You will serve as the internal consultant and expert on all components of the SAP Signavio Business Process Intelligence capabilities suite and the related business transformation methodologies.

Lead the Signavio Business Process Intelligence capabilities deployment and adoption in support of the NextGen ERP transformation program. Design and execute process analysis using the Signavio Process Intelligence solutions, process mining concepts and business process improvement techniques to identify process improvement opportunities. Serve as the Product Owner, leading the service delivery and support model design and operationalization; creating and managing product improvements and service delivery model stand-up. Interacts with SAP Signavio Product team and the SAP Signavio Strategic Customer Transformation Office and COE teams to prioritize and deliver SCE product improvement requirements and drive optimization of SCE's Signavio utilization. Defines standards, principles and the governance framework and processes to support the deployment of the Signavio Business Process Intelligence capabilities. Defines and executes enablement and training efforts for the Signavio Business Process Intelligence capabilities suite.
Qualifications
The essentials
Ten (10) or more years of business process transformation experience across a wide range of SAP ERP or other ERP. Seven (7) or more years of experience designing end-to-end business processes, including the use of BPMN tools such as Casewise/Evolve, ARIS, Celonis, Signavio, etc. Five (5) or more years of experience designing and executing process mining activities. Five (5) or more years of experience capturing business requirements and developing solution deployment plans and roadmaps in support of business process improvement efforts. Experience and deep understanding of ERP business processes, spanning one or more of the following business process domains and their typical improvement opportunities: Finance, Time Management, Payroll, Logistics, Supply Planning, Procurement, Work Management, Asset Management, etc Strong attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience and solid understanding of process management concepts and familiarity with process management and modeling standards such as BPMN 2.0.
The preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Business Administration, or related technical major. Five (5) or more years of experience with SAP ERP or other enterprise application platforms. Experience with various database systems and ERP platforms, consuming and mining data. Experience working in an ERP support model such as an SAP Center of Excellence or business application support team. One or more of the following certification(s): BPM 2 Fundamental certification BPM 2 Business Intermediate certification BPM Technical Intermediate certification BPM 2 Business Advanced certification BPM Technical Advanced certification Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) certification(s) SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Signavio certification SAP Business Process Architect/Consultant certification(s) SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Process Integration S/4 HANA 1909 Involvement in the execution of at least 1 or more full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations as a System Analyst or Functional/ Process Analyst
You should know...
This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
