About the Role
As an ERP business Process Manager (m/f/d) you will manage business process implementations in ERP systems (changes, enhancements as well as new solutions), train and support users, identify areas of improvement and develop and promote respective solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
• Understand, elaborate and implement Order Management, Logistics & International Trade Business Processes related to assigned projects and topics.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Project Manager as well as towards IT and Business functions. Understand complex global E2E Order Management, Logistics and Int. Trade processes and come up with solutions.
• Propose process and system improvements in order to increase business effectiveness and efficiency with focus on automation and right first time.
• Participate in and/or lead projects for implementation of new/modified functionality, SAP modules, interfaces with other IT applications.
• Specify User Requirements for ERP projects and participate in ERP testing, cutover and migration activities.
• Work as a global community to share ideas and best practices, participate in global/regional initiatives of ERP SCM Domain and represent OMIT and maintain good working relationship with other functions.
• Maintain and improve knowledge retention of SAP expertise and actively share information of new enhancements, functionalities, issues and their solution.
• Ensure a strong and timely trained end-user community.

Role Requirements
What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in business, supply chain, IT or natural sciences (chemistry, pharmacy).
• At least 3 years of work experience in supply chain, finance or information technology in healthcare, chemical or other process industry with advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
We offer permanent employment, with 6 months of probation period.
