JOB SUMMARY :
Reporting directly into the VP EBSO Commercial, the Director EBSO is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Envista Business System at the Commercial divisions of Envista. The Director EBSO will support the business where needed and be accountable for meeting and exceeding business specific targets through implementation of commercial standard work, by fostering a strong problem solving mindset, and by driving sustainment with the Kaizen teams.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive targeted, sustainable improvements tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging EBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process
Be the thought leader and expert in EBS work concepts, principles, and practices for specified teams to assist in achieving operating company Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives
Lead the development and actively champion the EBS Roadmap (i.e., how to use the EBS tools to drive sustainable improvement in results).
Ensure and facilitate successful kaizen events and ensure compliance (Plan, Execute, Sustain)
Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business and provide expert counsel on appropriate EBS tools to eliminate them
Achieve certification in EBS tools in order to deliver EBS programs and kaizens
Promote and facilitate employee development in various EBS tools, kaizen leadership and their pursuit of Certified Practitioner status
Collaborate with EBSLs in order to benchmark and incorporate best practices across Opco’s
Job Requirements:
BS or BA Degree in Business, Operations or Engineering required
3-5 years in a commercial function (sales/marketing)
Strong process mindset and experience with commercial standard work
Capable of working with and influencing all levels of the organization
Effective coaching, mentoring and group facilitation skills
Project management and leadership skills
Independence and good judgment, positive attitude, and an innovative, curious spirit
A growth mindset with ability to rapidly adapt to Envista’s culture
Hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to think strategically
Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to skillfully navigate conflict and difficult situations in a productive manner
Travel – Estimated overnight travel is 25%-50%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA Preferred
Experience leading commercial teams is highly desirable
Proven track record of success in sales role
Envista Business Systems of similar external standard work certifications preferred.

Target Market Salary Range:
