  Position Responsibilities:

  Cost Trend Communication: Define and clearly communicate cost trends to program management, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project cost performance. Drive attention and action where necessaryRisk and Opportunity Analysis: Dive deep into data to quantify cost-related risks and opportunities; Your analytical insights will be crucial in guiding strategic decisionsAnalytics Expertise: Employ cutting-edge analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and summarize your findings and present them in a way that facilitates informed decision-making by leaders in Business and FinancePrioritization and Focus: Understand business priorities, validate assumptions, and concentrate on high-impact factors that drive performance; Your ability to discern critical elements will be vital in achieving project successProactive Collaboration: Proactively engage with the business to consider both internal and external environmental factors; Your collaborative approach will contribute to a holistic understanding of the project landscapeCompliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and champion internal controls and procedures; Your commitment to excellence will maintain the integrity of our financial practicesEffective Communication: Accomplish tasks through both formal channels and informal networks; Your ability to navigate and leverage relationships will be key to successCultural Shaping: Understand and influence the cultures within organizations through cross-functional collaboration; Your role extends beyond numbers - you shape the environment in which we operate

  This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

  This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  Bachelor's Degree or higherExperience with Microsoft Office Suite

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  Experience analyzing and synthesizing financial dataExperience in finance, cost management and/or complianceExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Products for financial modeling and analysisExperience working in a challenging, fast-paced, geo-diverse team environmentExperience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

  Typical Education/Experience:

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

  Relocation:

  Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

  This position is for first shift.

  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range for Entry (Level 1): $53,500 - $57,000
