About Enterprise Talent Management Lead Execution Consultant

  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent Management & Learning Lead Execution Consultant to participate in the design of a product-centric organization. The individual will be responsible for partnering with the Product, Technology, Strategy and business teams across Human Resources and the Enterprise to implement product management skills and offer training to build these capabilities amongst Wells Fargo Employees.

  The individual will be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of current state skills and make recommendations for how to align roles and scope of positions to enable the future organizational objectives. The individual will partner across the Company's leadership to gather feedback, obtain support and implement solutions and will need to navigate a complex matrix.

  In this role, you will:Lead cross functional teams of peers and various subject matter experts (SMEs)to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies in processesPerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations to be applied broadly and consistently across Wells FargoMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupConsult and advise the business on talent management practices to meet business objectives including talent planning, succession planning, organizational design, etc.Advise on learning plan development with a focus on upskilling talentRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Product ManagementRelevant Learning and Talent experience leading complex, large-scale projects in a financial services institutionFinancial services industry experience, preferably with client facing businessesDemonstrated ability to navigate a complex HR and Shared Services environment in a matrixed organizationAbility to drive process change and improvement to enable the client while managing riskExcellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of Business stakeholders and other internal partnersProven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussions with diverse audiencesProven ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needsStrong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrentlyProfessional presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with a consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize outputAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and ExcelJob Expectations:Ability to travel up 10%Position will have onsite presence from any of the locations listed below.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Visa Sponsorship not available for this positionPreferred Locations:401 S.
