　　Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2024 Internship Program as an Enterprise Monitoring Intern!

　　We're looking for motivated individuals that are interested in enabling data driven business success by providing operational insight into performance and availability of business systems. The successful candidate will have strong scripting skills, an interest in software development, and familiarity with AWS and other cloud hosting providers.

　　This individual will contribute to projects and work that support Enterprise Systems Monitoring tasks and activities. A background in cloud technologies and software development is a plus. We're also looking for someone who brings data analysis skills to help us provide actionable information about application performance and availability to our partners and stakeholders in Operations and Application Development.

　　About the Team:

　　The Enterprise Monitoring Systems Team supports Labcorp by providing a framework of tools that deliver timely, actionable, and predictive insights into IT health and availability for operational support of Labcorp business systems.

　　Qualifications:

　　Possess practical experience with software development and different application hosting technologiesExperience with or knowledge about AI and machine learning is desirable and relevant to the internship opportunityKnowledge of IT event management is a plusShould have working understanding of underlying technologies like operating systems (UNIX, Linux, and Windows), networks, and databasesGeneral knowledge of scripting or software engineering with the ability to write code/scripts for integrating products and technologiesShould possess excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills and be comfortable engaging stakeholders and other team membersHave problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to facilitate resolution of complex issues with innovative solutionsAdaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies is wantedPrefer some knowledge of systems engineering or application developmentNormally requires an education path in Computer Science
