Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are actively seeking a driven and innovative Product Development Manager to play a key role in guiding our dynamic Product Development team. In this individual contributor position, you will contribute significantly to the establishment and evolution of our cutting-edge Enterprise Product Platform. As our Commercial Wireless Product division expands, launching new products and services, we need a proactive and results-oriented individual to take charge of ensuring successful product delivery.
In this role, you will:
Strategic Execution: Execute product management principles and processes by working collaboratively with business partners, UX/UI design teams, and engineering teams to contribute to the formulation and implementation of the product platform strategy
Visionary Alignment: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to align on and contribute to the product platform vision and strategy, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all processes essential for a successful product launch
Product/Partner Intake:Support intake process to document product and partner opportunities, identify impacted teams and lead cross-functional evaluation and prioritization of opportunities
Product Lifecycle: Contribute to the execution of all product lifecycle processes, from research and competitive analysis to planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and Go-to-Market activities
Requirement Development: Contributes to the development and drafting of requirements for features or enhancements, collaborating effectively with OEMs, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional teams
Agile Collaboration: Foster a high-performance work environment that is both Agile and team-centric, actively participating in collaborative efforts within the Product Development team
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage regularly with business stakeholders to comprehend their goals, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes
Effective Execution: Exhibit outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills in all facets of management, swiftly driving problem resolution and ensuring seamless project execution
Cross Functional Collaboration: Conduct planning workshops and requirement sessions with various technical organizations to ensure alignment on scope and priority of work. Work with Technical Product Managers across various platforms to ensure their roadmaps, initiatives, and features will provide solutions for ultimate success
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Enterprise Product Development Manager, you will have:
A BS Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven Track Record: Showcase a proven record of successfully contributing to large-scale, complex cross-functional projects, with a strong background in product management, technical analysis, and project management
Telecom Expertise: Bring to the role 3+ years of experience, including prior involvement in contributing to the launch or support of telecom-related products and services
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate a track record of technical expertise and contributing to roadmaps, collaborating with functional teams and incorporating inputs from various sources
Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product processes, from certification requirements to hardware, front-end, data, reporting, and other aspects of product lifecycle management
Versatility: Showcase the ability to work independently, staying organized while contributing effectively to multiple responsibilities and tasks
Problem-Solving Prowess: Demonstrate the capability to contribute to motivating, problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and effectively prioritizing business needs

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $100,100.00/Year - $143,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
