What You’ll Get to Do:
In this role the Enterprise Network Architect/Engineering Lead will be responsible for:
Perform in-depth and complex engineering involving all aspects of the network including core, distribution edge, border, Layer 3/2 routing and switching
Interact with and report architecture problems with lead engineers, including determining future bandwidth needs, conducting redundancy planning, and adopting infrastructure configurations according to vendor and industry best practices and standards to meet the business needs of the client
Produces multiple design views for various usage levels including technical, architectural, business, operational, maintenance and others
Provide support for implementing routing and switching protocols.
Develops solutions based on alternative analysis including detailed assessments against technical, cost, operational, security and business requirements to baseline enterprise network
Support implementation of routing and switching protocols
Assess, interpret and translate customers objectives, goals, intents, requirements, standards into enterprise objectives/requirements to design solutions for enteprise communication services
Create/establish and maintain enterprise network design and architecture baselines
Ensure designs comply with applicable DOD, IC, and International Partner interoperability/compatibility standards, system plans and security requirements
Isolate and perform root-cause analysis to determine infrastructure design improvements and enhancements, software bugs and documenting necessary workarounds
Apply architectural knowledge to network diagrams, wiring, and cyber infrastructure documentation, processes, and procedures and suggesting improvements, as needed
Architect and transition large scale internet protocol (IP) services for an enterprise suppoting various Layers, networks, BGP MPLS, SDNDHCP, NTP, and PTP
Expertise in Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Manages large projects
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II, CCIE Routing & Switching (R&S) (or Industry Equivalent)
TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly
Experience with planning, designing, and executing network hardware and software infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 7 years experience

$119,800 - $263,600
