Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Manager. As a Product Manager in Secure Identities, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a secure and efficient access control system. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that IAM solutions align with business objectives and security standards. Your responsibilities will encompass leading a dedicated IAM product team, shaping the company-wide IAM strategy, IAM technology roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IAM capabilities and ensure adherence to critical security standards.
In this role, you will:
Define and communicate a compelling IAM strategy and vision that aligns with organizational security and business objectives
Align IAM capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, and flexibility to meet evolving business needs
Establish and enforce IAM standards and governance policies, and maintain the documentation of related procedures
Ensure the IAM solutions (such as SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, Beyond Trust) adhere to global standards, maintaining compliance in a dynamic regulatory landscape
Communicate product roadmap and release plans, outlining key milestones, feature releases, and dependencies to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (incl. security architects, infrastructure architects, security experts, other product managers) to translate their needs into actionable user stories & features
Collaborate with the Security and Architecture teams on the overall architecture and strategy decisions to align with corporate policy and industry best practices
Prioritize product backlogs and manage resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, utilizing agile methodologies
Work with the product team to develop and execute against a backlog to achieve the team priorities
Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities to enhance the product
Identify business outcomes and solutions that deliver on the product strategy to solve sophisticated business problems.
Monitor technology trends, threat landscape and regulatory requirements and incorporate them into the broader IAM strategy and technology roadmap
Advocate for a user-friendly experience in security and compliance processes, fostering a culture of security awareness among users
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team, seeking opportunities for enhancement and optimization
Bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
What we look for:
10 plus years as a product owner or a similar in the realm of cybersecurity or IAM
In-depth understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
Familiarity with identity and security technologies (such as modern authentication, Active Directory, entitlement management), protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, & SCIM, Kerberos, LDAP), and compliance standards and frameworks (NIST, ATT&CK)
Proven ability in strategic roadmap development, resource allocation, and backlog development
Extensive experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals and deliver successful technology initiatives
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy, identity management and cybersecurity
One or more of the relevant security certifications such as (SC-100, SC-300, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, etc.)

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900
–Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700
–Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600
