Facebook's Enterprise Engineering team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking Engineering Manager to support our Work Management team. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that helps employees process and complete manufacturing and maintenance activities in a timely manner in order to achieve perfect order fulfilment and minimise asset downtime.
Enterprise Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers and provide technical direction to engineers in the teamProvide strategic and operational oversight for Enterprise software product developmentWork closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategiesManage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses alignedDevelop and drive execution on 6 month and 1 year road mapsDrive innovation, establish new approaches in improving productivityEstablish a metrics based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvementEnsure system security, data integrity and compliance for the Work Order Management productMinimum Qualifications:
Experience with agile systems development methodologies4+ years experience managing engineering teamsBachelors degreeExperience with programming languages such as Java, JS, Python, or C++Experience in building scalable customer or enterprise productsPreferred Qualifications:
