The Enterprise Development Manager is in charge of achieving pipeline quota while setting an example for the sales organisation through strong commitment and accountability. This non-traditional Inside Sales role can be based in our Amsterdam office or remotely from the Netherlands, Poland or the UK. Working together with our Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Marketing Team we are looking for a manager to build and implement an effective sales strategy, hire and train new EDRs and coach the team to success. You will be reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Enterprise Development Representatives.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
1-2 years of experience managing a sales team in the technology industryProven Track record of achieving revenue goalsExperience coaching, mentoring and developing a team of sales representativesManage time, tasks and duties independently.Be proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach.io and Discover.org
Key Accountabilities:
Achieve pipeline goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basisTrain EDRs in self-source prospecting, holding discovery calls, and engaging customersCoaching and develop EDRs on personal and professional growthWork with main partners to lead business strategiesCultivate a culture of performance using Metrics, and working on special projects
