Job Description:

　　Join Mars Snacking's Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team in the key role of Enterprise Architecture Platform & Product Lead (LeanIX). This pivotal role will leverage the LeanIX platform and its services to create business architecture models and a comprehensive knowledge base. The objective is to bridge the gap between strategic goals and practical execution, optimizing IT investments, and ensuring alignment with tactical and strategic enterprise objectives. This role also holds responsibility for the EA platform and its data, coordinating input from application sponsors and crafting a unified meta model for all applications in use at Mars Wrigley. The EA platform will be a cornerstone tool for all projects, supporting both current and future state designs. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the digital future of Mars Snacking.

　　What are we looking for?

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science or business Management; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.7+ years of experience in the IT field with 1-3 years in the disciplined practice of Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, IT Service OperationsExperience working on LeanIX platform or any EA governance Platform in the market like Ardoq, ServiceNow APM and PPM, OrbusAdministration/Product Ownership of Application data and its quality enforcement and governanceAbility to manage Inventory of data (Apps, Interfaces, IT Components) related to Enterprise Application Management function throughout the business application lifecyclesProduct or Platform leadership experienceHands on experience in application development, data, integration, and technology lifecycle managementPrior experience in a corporate IT environment or Technology Business Management frameworkExcellent skills in MS Excel (If statements, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).Expert user of Power BI

　　What will be your key responsibilities?

　　LeanIX Platform Administration and GovernanceQuality and completeness of Mars Snacking applications and respective IT componentsEstablishing and maintaining integrations with source systems like ServiceNow, Celonis, Signavio, Data Catalogs, Product Management repositories etc.Establishing metadata that is master data for mapping between Mars Inc shared platforms and taxonomies to Mars Snacking business.Leading a community of users of the EA platform from Solution Architects to Functional analyst to executive level audiences and dashboards about the state of Digital capabilities and Data Products & Services.
