The Role
The Digital Strategy & Solutions Group works with Adobe customers across alllevels ranging from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, tooperational teams to advise on strategies and technology solutions to supportcustomer-experience transformation and digital innovation, diving deep intoarchitecture and identifying prioritized path forward for customers. Ourengagements employ high level architecture assessments, thought leadershiparound reference architecture, creation of solution vision and solutiondesign, success roadmap crafting, and other techniques to deliverhigh-impact recommendations. In addition, with Adobe expanded team help,identify where these can be executed through Adobe's solutions and services.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be the primary technical driver forclosing deals and making customers successful. You will help brands to fullycapitalize on the era of digital transformation, so they can deliverpersonalized and substantial experiences across all devices and channels fortheir customers through architecture and aligning that to Adobe's solutions.
This role offers rich opportunities to grow in the technology industry and todevelop key business and analytical skills. You will learn the cloud softwarebusiness as you interact with teams across Adobe and a wide variety of ourcustomers. You will get experience on conducting analyses and developing highimpact recommendations. You will also have opportunities to lead businessinitiatives and help innovate the Digital Strategy & Solution group'sknowledge and methodologies.
What you will need to succeed
10+ Years of Architecture Experience working with one of the following:Enterprise Architecture, Digital Marketing, and Database Administration orData Science.Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with REST APIs (send/receive data to/from Platform in real-time)SQL experience; storytelling around querying data and what insights can bederiveAbility to visualize data sets in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and/orAdobe AnalyticsWorking knowledge of AI/ML and ability to discuss modeling in a way thatboth data scientists and marketers will appreciateExperience with ad technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges,Cross-Device Tracking platforms, etc.)Familiarity with offline data environments (i.e. CRM systems, emailplatforms, data lakes)Familiarity with data warehousing (including data storage, movement, andsecurity) to support developing an optimal physical and semantic data modelExperience with Adobe clouds/solutions/APIs a plusOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including conductingresearch, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendationsGood interpersonal skills with ability to work optimally with people at alllevels in an organizationAbility to communicate complex ideas optimally both verbally and in writingAbility to work multi-functionally in a team environmentPassion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quicklyEnjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trendsHigh level of energy, personal drive, and positivityOpen to remote candidates within US who a e willing to travel up to 30%Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in computerscience, engineering, data science, information technology or similardisciplinOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographicmarkets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. payrange for this positionis $172,500 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithinthis range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-relatedknowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total targetcompensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentivesare in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salariesare expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of theAnnual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in theform of a new hire equity award.
