  The opportunity

  The Account Executive Creative is primarily responsible for growing the business by identifying and realizing new business opportunities for Adobe. The Account Executive (AE) will position new solutions, build new relationships and expand Adobe's overall footprint in the Enterprise and Public Sector.

  The Account Executive Creative is managing a defined set of customers and a wide range of solutions, including Adobe's newest innovations in the creative sector, generative AI and creative solutions for professionals and marketeers.

  What you'll do

  Generate and close opportunities for the Creative Cloud Business in a defined set of customers in Central EuropeManage the account territory in close alignment with the Account Executive and the rest of the teamDevelop compelling account plans and sales strategiesExpand sales of Adobe Creative Content Solutions in the accounts across the assigned territory and work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingEngage with key clients to understand their business challenges and develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all functional levelsDevelop an in-depth understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and its main applicationsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our softwareStay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our software in the marketManage and update sales pipeline, ensure an accurate forecast and timely reporting of opportunitiesPrepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents

  What you'll need to succeed

  Be dedicated and committed with a "can do" attitude, positive mindset and motivated to focusing on achieving challenging resultsStrong knowledge of enterprise software solutions or SaaS salesAbility to become our customer's trusted advisor by demonstrating and articulating business value in the language of the client as well as internallyHunter mentalityExpertise to discover, define, confirm and deliver new opportunitiesProven track record of working effectively across functional groups, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management and PartnersExperience in prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, articulating value, presentations, negotiations and writing of proposalExcellent social skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsFull professional proficiency in German and English language
