The role:
Our Prime Named Account Executives engage with enterprise customers to sell the MuleSoft platform.
They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
Develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting, within the retail industryDevelop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accountsAssist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectivesCoordinate internal resources including product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer business needs Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with other sales resources (Salesforce Core AE's, Prime AE's, Cloud AE's, etc.) to ensure strategic alignmentManage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives the value proposition of MuleSoft platformDefine and complete territory/account sales plans for assigned territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with a software/IT background with an emphasis on customer acquisition and positioning of complex enterprise applications.Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.Fluent in German and EnglishDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
