Boeing Engineering Center is currently seeking an Engineering Multi-Skill Manager in Modifications and Conversions projects to join our team in Warsaw , Poland.
Responsibilities:
Active communication with Customer on forecast and scope of upcoming work, required resources and possible risks.
Interaction with Customer for confirmation and approval of project and processes requirements, including quality, budget and terms. If necessary, clarification of technical requirements.
Participation in long-term and short-term planning activities. Defining and tracking project goals.
Defining resources required for project execution. Project execution: monitors progress of work and its accordance to requirements, systematic analysis of work results, reports to leadership about work progress and results.
Managing and controlling project budget. Plan, confirm, organize and supervise project overtime works.
Summarizing results of project execution together with technical leads, discipline leaders and Customer.
Providing systematic receiving of the information about Customer’s satisfaction, analyze this information and if necessary develop corrective actions.
Reporting to leadership about results of analysis of Customer’s satisfaction. Searching for opportunities to further development of projects, builds long-term relationship with Customer, searches and implements B2B solutions.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Master degree or equivalent in Engineering or/and Aerospace.
2+ years of experience in project management.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Leadership skills. Successful experience in leading of project groups.
Work experience as part of international team.
Ability to coordinate and manage short term and long term projects and build positive relationship with customer.
Risk analysis and risk management skills. Good presentation skills.
Flexibility, out of box thinking. Ability to make decisions in uncertain environment and take risks.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, integrity, attention to details.
Knowledge of Polish language.
