MAIN JOB PURPOSETo manage the technical teams responsible for delivering Projects, Maintenance, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPlanning maintenance type & timeline for the machines which are required to be doneAnnually project plan determinationUtilities - Planning energy forecastDetermine risk assessment plans and define upcoming actions needed to be takenCapital budget preparation and managementBring innovative ideas to have a plan about new improvementsCreate engineering teams' capability development plan and determining their individual learning needs with PDCreate and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractorsDevelop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assetsResponsible for running process safety, machinery safety, loto, and risk assessment actionsWork collaboratively with operations managers to improve site and line efficiencies by effecting OEE, man hour per tone and reduce waste by working with CDWork according to the targets of waste elimination like breakdown losses, maintenance time and costLead the innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing, following uscc/category technology selectionsImplementing low cost automation projects, changeover projects, pull to point automation, internal lojistic activities and focus improvementDevelop, build and make available in the organization the product, process and packaging expertises relevant to the asset baseManage the emergency cases like earthquake, flood and all possible natural disasterReduce the CO2 emissions and water & energy consumptionManage the technical teams responsible to deliver projects, maintenance, innovation, infrastructure and services to the site. And apply desired and needed capability building and training agenda for the technician team, coach and develop the people across the site on technical and technology issuesRegular following on KPIs, maintenance time percentage, breakdown percentage, changeover, waste, manhour per tone, project OTIF, kwh per tone, steam per tone, risk assessment score, machinery safety gap closure and engineering teams' skill gap analysis after applying education & training programmesFor maintenance practicing CMMS ( Computerized Maintenance Management System ) solutions to accomplish existing maintenance practices more effectively while introducing time-saving features that lead to a reduction of costs and savings of timeEnsuring SMAT and Safety Walk is done by safetyReview projects and make corrections on the standards of specific projectsKEY REQUIREMENTSStrong analytical thinking abilityStrong leadership capabilities in order to develop and direct his/her teamHaving customer focus in managing relations with the stakeholdersHaving bias for actionHigh level of Technical expertise about the maintenance technologyHaving a deep knowledge about up to date Unilever and Local Standards about areas including energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractorsHaving high expertise about the Product, Process and Packaging in order to make new innovationsEND DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: 06.05.2021
