　　Mentor and guide high performing engineering teamBe an inspiring leader in building services for next generation Multi-cloud service. Deliver high-performance web services that are adaptable to multifaceted business needs, influence ideation & outstanding problem solvingPartner with global product management and engineering and operations leaders to help shape technical product architecture & practices,roadmap and release plansDrive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projectsLead the technical design, vision, and implementation strategyCreate execution plan and lead the engineering team to execute on the visionApply best-practices and coding patterns that ensure solutions are maintainable, modular, and of high code qualityDevelop and evolve engineering processes and teamwork models, applying creative problem solving to optimize team efficiencyAttract, hire, on-board and retain top talent. Motivate and develop the team as a player-coach to be a high-performance team.Craft a positive winning culture built on collaboration and shared accomplishmentsLead the discussions on emerging industry technologies & trends and work with the team & leadership use this knowledge to influence product direction

　　What you need to succeed

　　Passion and love of what you do!14+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience in management roleStrong technical skills with experience in designing & developing enterprise applicationsStrong working knowledge of software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/productsProven experience running or leading sophisticated projects through full product delivery cyclesProven track record developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towardsdelivering timely, high-quality software as a teamAmbitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to actionStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsProven track record in recruiting and building robust teamsStrong Java/JEE, design, coding and architectural skills along with problem solving and analytical abilitiesGood knowledge of Kafka, MySQL/Postgres, Solr, Elastic Search, SnowflakeExperience in developing and leading teams building solution with cloud technologies(AWS and/or Azure)Self-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive the team to accomplish high-quality deliverablesExcellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower othersBS or MS in Computer Science or related field
