　　The Opportunity

　　As the Software Development Manager in Adobe's Globalization engineering team, you will lead a team of software developers working on delivering high-quality products in localized languages for our global audience. Your role will be crucial in overseeing the development process, ensuring the delivery of robust software applications, and contributing to our growth strategy.

　　What You'll Do

　　Leadership: Lead a team of Software Developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Guide the team on problem-solving, development methodologies, and best practices.

　　Strategy and Planning: Actively participate in planning and strategizing for the team and the organization. Make important decisions about the direction of software development and product growth. A strong bias towards action is what needs to be demonstrated.

　　Software Development: Oversee the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications that meet user needs and business objectives.

　　Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the product.

　　Mentorship: Foster the career growth and development of team members

　　What you need to succeed

　　B.E/B. Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.15+ years of professional experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.Deep understanding of the full software development process. Strong technical skills with experience in designing & developing enterprise applicationsStrong working knowledge of software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/productsExperience in developing and leading teams building solutions with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others

　　Bonus Qualifications:

　　Experience in globalization engineering. Knowledge of internationalization and localization, such as Unicode, ICU, CLDR, Locale format data, ISO Standard, Fonts, Text Layout, and localization frameworks on different development environments and OSs.
